At JPMorgan, I work with design executives to create and execute a communication strategy, track metrics, create executive presentations for both internal and external use, and evolve the overall visual design.

Executive Presentations

I design and develop presentations for high-level executives to present both internally and externally, including several which have been successfully presented to our CEO and at large workshops to other thought leaders. Because I work with not only product designers but also researchers, product, and tech, I have developed these templates concurrently in Figma, PPT, and Keynote, with the goal that every team member is able to create their own decks, all united by one cohesive design.

Our org also gives a quarterly update presentation to our C-level executives, which I create the template and subjects for, then manage as the leads fill in details and visuals in each of their slides.

Global Banking Design Rebrand

Our design org needed a rebrand when our name was changed from Commercial Banking to Global Banking. Our visual elements dated looking as well. We needed to use fonts, colors, and imagery from the wider JP Morgan brand, but had free reign within those constraints.

I led the workstream for this project where we produced all new branding for our team, including logo, colors, and guidelines; a new website; a new illustration set, and new presentation templates across Figma, PPT, and Keynote; among other deliverables.

Monthly Design Digest

Our Global Banking Design Digest is a monthly newsletter that is distributed to 1,000 employees, stakeholders, and executives, keeping them up to date on our latest highlights. Many teams have adopted a similar strategy since we launched this over 3 years ago. I monitor the stats, including open rates and click-through rates, and adjust based on these results.

Global Banking Design Internal Website

I led a workstream with the task of creating an internal website highlighting our recent work, design philosophy, major accomplishments, and other key information about our team. This allows team members to have one place they can direct stakeholders who are first familiarizing themselves with us, as well as providing a one-stop shop for links and resources team members may need to access.
