Client Advisory Analytics

Client Advisory Analytics (CAA) is a product within Sales Enablement that enables bankers to manage their client relationships more effectively. It includes a dashboard with clickable detail modules.

Dashboard

Banking relationship advisors needed their clients’ scattered data consolidated into a clear, actionable dashboard. They now have one place to review the info at a glance, or can click into each individual module, for more informed, relevant, and productive client conversations.

The Fraud module shows detailed insights into clients’ current fraud risk, and product coverage, which helps relationship bankers sell products for increased protection.

Line of business account transfers

When a company who banks with us grows to doing over $50M in sales annually, it is our goal to transfer them from a business account to a corporate account. I took previously conducted research and created a dashboard for clients to explore what a corporate account has to offer, apply for one, and stay informed throughout the process of doing so.
