Client Advisory Analytics

Client Advisory Analytics (CAA) is a product within Sales Enablement that enables bankers to manage their client relationships more effectively. It includes a dashboard with clickable modules.

Pre-client dashboard

We developed a targeted sales page for users who created an account on JPMorgan.com but had not yet applied for a business bank account. This page serves as a strategic touchpoint to re-engage users and drive application conversion.

Line of business transfers

When a company who banks with us grows to doing over $50M in sales annually, it is our goal to transfer them from a business account to a corporate account. I was tasked with taking the research and creating a dashboard for clients to explore what a corporate account has to offer, apply for one, and stay informed throughout the process.

Digital loan experience within Story by JP Morgan

Story is a digital banking product meant that helps landlords manage their assets, tenants, and leases. Within the product, I designed the digital loan experience (DLx) which allows users to apply for loans for new properties directly in the app.
